Meet Josey
Our January Chef of the Month is Josey! Josey attends a once a week after school class at Taste Buds. We love having Josey in class because she is always excited to come to class and she is filled with so much enthusiasm! Josey’s cooks for her mom who has a gluten and dairy allergy! She has learned how to substitute other ingredients such as coconut milk to make her famous Peach Pancakes and dairy free chocolate for Chocolate chip waffles. When asked about the special ingredient in her peach pancakes Josey says “so much love.”
