Our festive Bruschetta recipe with it’s bright red tomatoes and green basil is a perfect addition to any party table. In just about 15 minutes, you can be ready and on your way to the party. No time to run to the grocery store? No problem! Although bruschetta most commonly uses tomatoes as the base ingredient, variations of the recipe may include other vegetables, beans, or even cured meats. To keep with the festive theme, a roasted red pepper could easily be substituted for the tomatoes in our recipe.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dice tomatoes and add to a bowl with garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes to marinate.
In the meantime, thinly slice baguette into rounds, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Toast in oven for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Spoon a tablespoon of Bruschetta tomato mixture over reach piece of toast. Enjoy!
