Who’s ready for tots? Broccoli Tots that is!

Join Laurel Holmes, owner of  TBK North Andover, MA and sister kitchen TBK Beverly, MA, to learn how to make Broccoli Tots!

Not only are these little bites delicious but they are a quick recipe to enjoy. Running low on time during the week. Try making these ahead of time and storing them in the refrigerator to heat up for as a mid-day snack or a delicious side to your dinner plate.

The tools that you will need are a baking sheet, parchment paper, mixing bowls, measuring cups, measuring spoon, spoon, mini cupcake scoop, oven mitts and an oven timer.

Allergy substitution ingredients include dairy-free cheese, cornmeal (for breadcrumbs), and omitting the eggs.

This is a great video that was launched during our At-Home Cooking Club in the early days of COVID. We started this free club as a way to spread love by creating a fun place for budding chefs to learn something new and fill the days at home.
