Cooking Science Class
Ever wondered how does dough rises? Or what makes ice cream freeze? In our Cooking Science Class going on right now in the kitchen, we answer all these questions and more. The budding young minds of our mini chefs love exploring some of the most important cooking ingredients and their many uses i.e. eggs to make Meringue Cookies and potatoes to make Gnocchi and Sweet Potato Fries. Today the kids did an experiment with milk that they really enjoyed. This is definitely one of our most popular classes. Next week is our Food Network Cooking Camp so if you’ve got a kid who’s a big fan of Giada or Bobby Flay, bring ’em in next week!
