Eurotrip – Advanced Teen Camp

Calling all teen chefs! Grab your passport and join us for a culinary tour of Europe that will excite your palate without ever leaving the kitchen. Teen chefs will explore foods, spices and techniques from all over Europe as we master an appetizer, entree and dessert from each country. From Paella in Spain made with the most expensive spice in the world to Shrimp Scampi with handmade Farfalle in Italy and Gateau Roule au Chocolat in France this inspiring cooking camp builds the essential skills needed to conquer the kitchen. Each day concludes with a sit-down savor experience. Teen chefs leave with a new sense of culinary confidence and the ability to make dishes from scratch. Let’s pack our bags and get ready for an adventure we won’t forget. Traveling through Europe never tasted so good! Every week of summer camp features different delicious recipes so you can join us each week for a unique experience.

Day 1: Italy – Bruschetta, Shrimp Scampi with Farfalle, Panna Cotta with Balsamic Strawberries

Day 2: France – Tapenade with Toasted Baguette, Suprêmes de Volaille Basquaise, Gâteau Roulé Au Chocolat

Day 3: Germany – Gurkensalat, German Schnitzel with Spaetzle, Pfeffernüsse Cookies

Day 4: United Kingdom – Scottish Tattie Scones, Shepherds Pie, Sticky Toffee Pudding

Day 5: Spain – Baked Chorizo Croquetas, Chicken & Shrimp Paella, Lemon Ricotta Quesada Pasiega
