Favorite Foodie – Advanced Teen Camp

Calling all teen chefs! If your dream is to work in a professional kitchen or you love the idea of honing your advanced cooking skills, the time has arrived. Come explore the many facets of the food world and find your true food identity! From the recipe reading home chef to the gastronomy obsessed insta-stylist, we’ll venture through recipes and techniques that are sure to satisfy any foodie’s curiosity and palate. From colorful vegan caviar made from fruit and veggie juices to handmade ricotta, soup dumplings, and crepe cakes, this inspiring cooking camp builds the essential skills needed to conquer the kitchen. Each day concludes with a sit-down savor experience. Teen chefs leave with a new sense of culinary confidence and the ability to make dishes from scratch. As a grande finale, budding chefs work together in small groups to plan their own, unique recipes for our culinary challenge – it’s the highlight of the week! Every week of summer camp features different delicious recipes so you can join us each week for a unique experience.

Day 1: The Home Chef – Chicken & Bacon Stock, Salmon Sliders, Carrot Fries, Edible Cookie Dough

Day 2: The Scientific Foodie – Ricotta Cheese, Macarons, Egg Yolk Raviolo

Day 3: The Gastronomist – Magic Chocolate Balls, Colorful Vegan Caviar, Ricotta Gnudi

Day 4: The Insta-Stylist – Soup Dumplings, Ramen, Crepe Cake

Day 5: The Food Judge – Students put their culinary skills to the test to create and cook their own recipes for judging: one savory & one sweet
