Restaurant Week Camp


Dreaming of being a restaurant chef or just love making new recipes? Join us as we explore the ins and outs of restaurant cooking. Focusing on a different type of cuisine each day, budding chefs will learn culinary basics and hone their knife skills, all while developing finger-licking-good recipes that will leave our customers cheering for more.

Day 1: Pizzeria – Personal Pizzas, Donut Bites w/ Chocolate Sauce, Eggplant Parmesan Fries

Day 2: Japanese – Pocky Sticks, Veggie Dumplings, Veggie Sushi Rolls (Vegetarian)

Day 3: French Patisserie – Eclairs and Savory Croissants (Vegetarian)

Day 4: Italian – Eggplant Parmesan, Mushroom Risotto, Cannolis (Vegetarian)

Day 5: Thai – Coconut Mango Upside Down Cake, Pad Thai, Pineapple Chicken Satay, Veggie Spring Rolls
